Guardian Announces Higher Limits on Disability Insurance

Effective immediately, Guardian has increased their participation limits for non-medical clients ages 18-55 in occupation classes 4, 5 and 6.  Specifically:
· Increased the maximum participation limits with other IDI (individual disability insurance) to $30,000 for occupation classes 4, 5 and 6
·        Increased maximum participation limit with Group LTD (long term disability) to:
o        $35,000 for occupation classes 5 and 6
o        $30,000 for occupation class 4
This change applies to their ProVider Plus, ProVider Plus Limited, and Income ProVider (multi-life) products.

These higher limits do not apply to physicians, dentists, medical residents, CRNAs, physician assistants or other medical professionals.
