Disability insurance discounts are available through Set for Life Insurance for employees affiliated with Bayfront Health Systems. This includes any medical residents, medical fellows, physicians, CRNAs, executives, physician assistants or employee.
To obtain the discounted rate, applications need to be submitted through Set for Life Insurance. If you are a medical resident, you must submit your application prior to your graduation date.
Discounts provide 20% off the non-discounted rate. In addition to the discount, the rates are unisex saving women even more significantly. Since women typically pay 40% or more on their disability insurance than men, these discounts negate that extra charge.
